What Our Customers Say

Read All Reviews →
“Our old retaining wall was leaning so badly we were worried about the deck above it. Bay Ridge tore it out, found the drainage problem nobody else had mentioned, and rebuilt it properly with drain tile behind it. Two winters later it hasn't moved an inch.”

Video testimonial from Dave Lundgren
“The patio turned out better than the design mockup, which never happens. They walked us through every material choice and the crew was on our property working, not standing around, every single day.”
Dave Lundgren — Harbor Springs · Google
“We use our outdoor kitchen from May through October and it still looks brand new. The stainless held up through last winter with zero rust, exactly like they said it would.”
Renee Osborn — Charlevoix · Google

Proudly Serving Northern Michigan

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a paver patio cost in northern Michigan?

Most patios we build run $25 to $45 per square foot depending on paver selection, base conditions, and whether a seat wall or fire feature is included. We'll give you a firm number after an on-site design consultation — costs vary too much by site to quote accurately without seeing it.

Do you work through the winter?

No — our construction season runs roughly May through October, once the ground is workable and frost-free. We take design consultations and book projects year-round, but excavation and installation happen in season.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're fully licensed with the State of Michigan and carry general liability insurance on every project. Details are available on request during your consultation.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer 0% interest financing for 12 months on projects over $5,000 through our financing partner. We'll walk you through the application during your quote.

What areas do you serve?

We build primarily in Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Boyne City, and Bay Harbor, along with the surrounding Emmet and Charlevoix County communities. If you're nearby but not listed, ask — we often still cover it.
